DIANA ROSEN is a journalist, nonfiction book author, essayist, poet, and flash fiction writer. Among her many credits are 13 nonfiction titles including "Taking Time for Tea," "CHAI: The Spice Tea of India," "Meditations with Tea," and others on incense, exceptional Jewish women, ice cream, and coffee. Her fiction and essay writing includes credits in six anthologies, most recently in Mizmor eAnthology, and such online and print journals as RATTLE, Tiferet Journal, Cenacle 106, Al-Khemia, and CCAR (Central Conference of American Rabbis), The Reform Jewish Quarterly.
